- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the address where we will do the service.
- Vehicle details: the year, make, model and size of your vehicle, the service you want, and anything you tell us about its condition.
- Photos: photos you send us for a quote, and before-and-after photos we take of the work.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website information: basic technical data such as your browser type, device and pages visited. We use Google's analytics and advertising tag (Google tag) to understand how people use the site and whether our ads work. It uses cookies and similar technologies, and our hosting and embedded services may collect similar data.
How we use it
- To give you quotes, schedule and confirm appointments, and travel to you.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your booking, your maintenance plan, or a quote you requested.
- To process payments and keep business and tax records.
- To improve our service and, with your permission, share photos of finished work. We blur license plates and do not show faces or house numbers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as Square (booking and payments), our website host and form service (Netlify), and social platforms where our content is embedded (such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your booking or quote. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and booking records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and business record obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by calling or texting the number below. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
